Course certification: HealthFirst Certificate of Attendance in First Aid for child Injuries (valid for 2 years)

PRACTICAL INFORMATION: 

Course materials will be send by post, about one week before the course.

Mini course booklet, triangular and crepe bandages.

Online joining instructions will be emailed to you by HealthFirst

We ask that you keep your camera on as much as possible during the training to allow maximum interaction and also for the course trainer to be able to assess you during practical activities. Some practical activities require floor space so it is good to join from a room that allows this, and if possible, to be able to angle your webcam so that you can be seen carrying out these practical activities.

Electronic course booklet You will recieve an electronic course booklet in PDF form. This is designed to be downloaded to your tablet/laptop/smartphone to be referred to as you wish during the training. You are welcome to print a paper copy if you prefer. 

Other important points We encourage everyone to take part in practical exercises where possible. For this reason, comfortable clothing and trousers are best. However, sometimes, for reasons such as pregnancy or certain health problems, there may be some exercises that an individual may wish to abstain from. Please feel free to discuss this with the course trainer on the day as needed.

Cancellation policy All bookings cancelled by participants 7 days or more before the course start date will receive a full refund. Those bookings cancelled less than 7 days before the course start date cannot usually be refunded. In the case of sickness, or other extenuating circumstances, affecting one of the HealthFirst trainers on the training day, HealthFirst will provide an alternative course trainer wherever possible. In the rare instance when this will not be possible, we reserve the right to postpone the training date. In this situation, all course bookings can either be transferred to the future course, or will be refunded upon request.
