SNA Terms & Conditions

By joining SNA, registering for an event or using our services, you agree to the following terms.

Membership

SNA membership is personal and may not be transferred to another person. Members are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information.

Payments

Membership fees, event fees and course fees must be paid as stated at registration or checkout. Where instalment payments are offered, the participant remains responsible for completing all agreed payments.

Events and courses

Registration is required for SNA events and courses. Places may be limited and are confirmed based on the payment or registration information provided for that event.

Cancellations and refunds

Unless stated otherwise for a specific event or course, payments are non-refundable. If SNA cancels an event or course, participants will be offered a transfer to a future activity or a full refund where applicable.

Member conduct

SNA aims to provide a respectful, inclusive and professional community. We may refuse or withdraw participation where behaviour is harmful, unsafe, discriminatory or seriously disruptive.

Changes and contact
