Nanny Training Day

We are committed to organising an annual Nanny Training Day in both Zurich and Geneva.

This event brings together nannies for a series of short, practical training sessions led by experienced professionals. Each session is designed to introduce key topics relevant to everyday nanny work — from child development and health to communication and self-care.

We also intentionally create space for connection. Learning together, sharing experiences, and building relationships are an essential part of professional growth within our community.

Over the years, our Training Days have covered a wide range of topics, always with the goal of supporting nannies in their daily work and professional development.

To keep these events accessible, participation costs are kept as low as possible — made possible thanks to the generosity of our trainers, who share their knowledge and time with the nanny community 💜

International Nanny Training Day

Nanny Palooza

Whenever possible, and when dates allow, we align our Training Day with International Nanny Training Day (iNNTD) — a worldwide initiative that brings nannies together for a shared learning experience.

Originally launched in 2012 by Nanny Care Hub creator Lora Brawley, this initiative has grown into a global movement, bringing together nannies and organisations across many countries.

Today, it is widely known as International Nanny Training Day, reflecting the strong international community that continues to support and organise events around the world.

We are proud to be part of this community 💜
